Hey guys, I’m in the process of creating a site, even though I wanted to make one to slam all the nasty spanish development cahooties, I abstained, and decided to do a sort of Ezine/mag which focuses on a variety of subjects and articles.
What I would like to have on the site, is a section regarding buying property or property problems abroad….so im wondering would anyone be interested or be kind enough to contribute? It can be anything from a small dedicated column or a basic facts/questions and answers type of thing, or even a ‘real life’ story. I am quite passionate about exposing this area, having had such a bad experience myself.
I would be really grateful to anyone willing to contribute here as I’m typing like mad adding content to it, and I dont want it just to be all my own articles and ideas.

I’ll gladly contribute having been in Spain for approximately 6 weeks, trying to get 2 townhouses ready for occupation and living on a development which has Phase 2 being built. Lots of input re setting up our Community, pools/lifeguards, satellite tv, snagging etc.

My site is now up and in action! Thanks to those who sent me ideas and also please do put your ‘stories’ in there if you like to spread the word about the atrocities of property buying!

I have written a guide to buying a property in Spain – you are more than wlecome to use it and take extracts ut. Also I have written many articles on the subject of living here and buying – again you are welcome to use any ones you wish
I also write periodically for a local newspaper here about property related issues – though this is less frequent these days – so as and when articles are written I am happy to send you a copy
My sister has also produced 10 easy Spanish lessons which is a free CD or download. This has been downloaded something like 3500 times since July 16th when she launched it andis very popular on Download.com. I am sure she would be happy to let you use these on your site (the way they are built anyway is like a small website so it should be easy to fit into yuors)
Finally we operate property clinics abut once a month where we invite people to listen to an expert (lawyer or otherwise) about different topics ranging from health care in Spain, Driving, how to set up a business and working etc – many subjects. For this we produce a presentation and usually a brief about the subject. If this is of interest then when we do them I can send any relevant info to you
