Dear Punjabi,

I don’t think it would be right for me to publish information here based purely on what I have read on another forum. As my post said “seems to be having problems” I am not in anyway suggesting that this particular development is having problems I was only stating what I had read on another forum. With hindsight I should have sent the message as a PM to Mark.

I’m sorry I didn’t get your 1st email, if you would like to email me again I’ll give you the information I heard but you must understand that from my point of view it is purely hearsay and I was passing it on to Mark as I believe he is doing a case study on this particular region.
