Have you visited the so-called complex? I did by curiosity visit it in July 2008 (after hearing all the bad things about it).
It was the most disgusting place I have seen in a long time. In the middle of nowhere, with bad streets.
I have heard that the problems there are extremely big.
If you want to waste money, it is a good candidate to do so. 😀

It depends which sector you buy in josie.
A sector is safe and well established, B sector is also OK, but C & D are better to stay away from due to touristico classification and a thousand other problems.
Prices have dropped by as much as 60% since their peak of 2004/5 and are not far off original purchase price of 1998/2001.
Remember they are prefabricated houses with poor foundations and an abismal build quality.
Let me know which model you are thinking of buying and I shall give you a guide to the lowest price you will get away with.

La Torre is paradise as compared to Camposol. Every positive number divided by zero gives infinity.

Looking back on some old topic,s is flosmichael the guy that had problems with the fly,s on la torre that he blamed on polaris world,so he traveled 20 min in his car back to the coast because the fly spray was 10cent cheaper than polaris price on la torre, he must have got a good deal on his petrol to make it worh his while.

Msw, this topic is about Camposol. What is the connection between Camposol and whatever non-sense you write?

Thank you all very much for your replies.
I’m quite happy to be inland, so that didn’t bother me. But the properties I was looking at are on the final phase, new builds not yet been occupied so I think I will stay clear of it, obviously why they were selling at around 45k.
But I shall keep looking, thanks.
