      I want to buy a property in the city of Malaga and rent out the four bedrooms to individuals seperately. Does this require some form of licence? I’ve found it hard finding information regarding this. Any information would be great, thanks.

      You need to rent out each room for more than 90 days or else you are renting out under TOURISM laws.

      The idea is to rent out the rooms long term, probably 6months+.  What’s the difference between that and tourism laws? Does any of this require government inspections, fees, licenses etc?
