Does anyone have any information about the current state of play with Mullers Consult in Marbella? The company had financial issues as they had an on going court case with their developers which resulted in Mullers not paying out commission it has owed now to many agents on the coast.

Has anyone had an update as to what the latest is? And also, is the office still open in Marbella?

Hi Rene,

Yep, they’re still open in Marbella but appear to be a shadow of their former selves (thank god !). I think they’re mainly trying to sell high-end resale villas at the moment as all of the developers of projects they used to promote and market have pulled the rug out from underneath them due to never paying agents and hence very bad sales numbers in said developments.
