Hi. I have had a nightmare buying a place in Benissa, near Alicante, but FINALLY it looks like all the paperwork has gone through and my partner and I will be living there as from now. I found the information on Spanish Insight very useful, and also want to thank the people at Euroresidentes for their invaluable help – we must have exchanged at least 15 emails during the past month, and they have responded to each one with sincerity and helpful information. Thanks to whoever is behind the Euroresidentes site and thanks to Spanish Insight too. Come round for a cool sangria any time!!!

I’m glad to hear it’s all turning out good, and I’m delighted to hear that you found this website useful. Be careful with the sangria though, in my experience it can leave you with an awful headache.
