Motril town hall closes municipal developer

      Motril town hall (Costa del Sol) has decided to shut down it’s home-building division (la empresa municipal de vivienda), I read in the news today.

      It costs €250,000/year to run, and in 15 years has only built 48 homes 😯

      Private developers have built 400 homes in Motril since 2007.
