      Having not sold in years, they’ve decided to put the price up from €50m to €57.5m. It’s a horrific property. Press reports say it is the most expensive property on the market in Spain

      It has an air of neglect about it. Though it is the Spanish way, increase the price every year the property is unsold. Economics aren’t their strong point 😆

      Only in Spain one could come to the conclusion that if a property doesnt sell you might try to raise the price.
