ParticipantAll,
I’ve visited the Mosa Trajectum resort a few times in the last couple of years, and it seems that very little work is/has been done by the developers in the last year or so. Apart from the villas that existed two years ago, only a few more apartments have been added, and work is progressing at a snails pace.
I was given the sales pitch two years ago, and nearly bought on the resort – however, now I’m glad I didn’t.Does anyone know if there are problems with this development?
What is a cause of the delay? Thanks in advance.

ParticipantSomeone who bought there contacted me some months ago. They were having problems with the developer. I can’t remember the details, but lets just say things weren’t going well. I wouldn’t want to comment without more information, but I think that slow sales were part of the problem.

ParticipantHi Mark,
Would you say that for a little region Murcia seem to have more than their fair share of developer problems?
