      I am buying a Spanish property as a business and have set up a Spanish company and I am obtaining a Spanish mortgage through the spanish company.
      I am obtaining the mortgage through a broker which in hindsight is probably the costly way to do it,however that is now done and dusted.
      My question is this,I am considering buying a 2nd property which i would also like to mortgage through the spanish company, am I better off going direct to a bank,if so which are the best and do banks in spain have a problem with lending money to a new spanish company if they already have a mortgage on other properties?
