I’m desperate for help from someone English speaking! We have a Spanish mortgage through what was the CAM bank. Unfortunately due to unforseen circumstances we have not been able to meet our payments for the past 5 years. At the time, we were in constant contact with the bank trying to arrange a Dacion en Pago but really struggled to arrange a power of attorney. We always informed the bank of our change of address but the last contact with them was December 2012 as after that date, I tried to contact them about a change of address but the website no longer existed. It was later we found out the bank had gone bankrupt! We have not been contacted since! It is a constant cloud hanging over our heads and we are at a loss as to how to proceed.
