More estate agents than bars on the coast

      From a news item last week…..

      “There are now more estate agents on the Costa del Sol than bars, according to figures from the Andaluz Statistics Institute.

      Their figures say there are almost 23,500 real estate and construction agencies in the province, compared to 12,882 bars.

      The figures show that 3 estate agencies and 6 construction companies were created for every new bar in the past 3 years.”

      Then it looks like opening a bar would be a better investment than buying a golf apartment ? 😛

      Quite a few people will need a bar to drown their sorrows if by chance they visit the wrong agent/developer!!!
