Having done my own tax return for years after I persuaded Brussels the requirement for a resident Fiscal Representative was discriminatory, I found this time, after several wasted hours trying IE and Firefox, that I had to instal Chrome before the sytem would accept my return. In addition, I had to obtain an NIF in addition to my NIE. I have complained to AEAT about this and await a reply.
And I thought the Spanish Government would want our money!
