Anyone can advice, whether buying an apartment in Mirador De La Canada in Marbella is a good investment in terms of close proximity to the highway?

What is a good investment, over what period of time, your . Aquestion you need to ask yourself first.
I mean-will close proximity to highway has the effect on the property value if I want to sell it, or whether if I decide to live there it can be too noisy?
Proximity to a highway is not usually a good selling point. You want good access, but you don’t want to see or hear the motorway.

also you need to think who your future buyers will be.
Some people might be willing to overlook the issue of the motorway for the views.
But in this market, people want the views and easy walking distance to the amenities of a town and preferably the beach/paseo.
It also comes down to the price. If you ask anyone if they would like to live close to the highway no one would say yes but if the property was 50% cheaper some would deffinately go for it.
