Anyone can advice, whether buying an apartment in Mirador De La Canada in Marbella is a good investment in terms of close proximity to the highway?

also you need to think who your future buyers will be.
Some people might be willing to overlook the issue of the motorway for the views.
But in this market, people want the views and easy walking distance to the amenities of a town and preferably the beach/paseo.
