A lawyer contact of mine in Menorca informs me that prices of rural properties, and luxury homes, have risen dramatically, pushed up by French buyers. He thinks these segments are now over-priced and the bubble will burst. Anyone else have an opinion on this? I haven’t looked at the market in Menorca for a while.
