      What do I have to do to cancel my purchase? My solicitor in Spain (independent) says he is waiting for instructions from the Builder to find out what documentation they need to cancel. The Builders are stalling and not providing the info, if it goes another few weeks I’m committed to the contract and lose all deposits. Any help appreciated.Thanks.

      Hi Blue,

      Just ask your solicitor to send them written confirmation of your wish to cancel the contract.

      Obviously the builders will not cooperate on this matter 😉
