      Does anyone have an update on LFO for campos de guadalmina baja. I here fines must be paid and possible removal of a commercial area.
      also any opinions on this.
      My lawyer suggested requesting from fadesa a reduction on the purchase
      price of upto 30% in exchange for agreeing to go ahead when the LFO is issued instead of suing for breach of contract for all moneys back with interest.
      opinions please. ❓

      Fadesa is in administration, I don’t think they are in a position to negotiate anything. 😕

      I agree with Katy, but than again this is Spain. It would be really good for the forum users to get use to the administration process in Spain.
