      Does anyone have any recent information regarding this development and about the EveMarina Group building the apartments?

      I am aware that the EveMarina Group have sold the Hyatt Hotel development to a Dubai based company and work is still continuing at the hotel site but the completion dates for the apartments have been deferred again.

      I would be grateful for any news.

      I remember reading a few weeks back about a rumour of financial difficulties concerning EveMarina Group and that work at this particular development had come to a halt, but cannot find link.
      Hopefully another member can help more.
