Spain is going to need a bailout very soon, the threat of holding back funds was an empty one before this crisis. To hold back funds now when the very concept could cause the failure of the Euro is, even if not physically possible, an even emptier threat!!!
There is not enough money in the world to start bailing out countries like Spain.
Money is not a natural commodity, it is entirely man made, just make some more.
The real problem is that money is not being earned, it buys less then we need more.
The less there is of any comodity increases its worth. More money in the system devalues its worth.
Work harder for less money////
Or dont work at all and get lots from the state.

They had the same issue in 1929-1933, did not know how much money to create. Then the Second World War resolved all the puzzles…
