Marbella’s PGOU will legalise 18,000 homes

      It’s slightly worse than what I was expecting. I thought 99% of properties would be legalised (out of the 30.000) in Marbella and only 97.5% have been legalised, which is double than what we were expecting.

      Even so the properties were the usual suspects: the hotels, the Casablanca, the Banana Beach (Marbella’s symbol of Gil era corruption).

      Even so I would be surprised if they actually did demolish all 752.

      Heard some around Elviria are going to be demolished , is it true?

      The only one I’ve heard about is Las Vistas de Santa Maria – behind Los Lagos. But how true that is, I don’t know.
