I know it is all doom and gloom and only mugs would invest in Spain at the moment but interested in a 2 or preferably 3 bed detached property in Polaris Mar Menor I.

While a lot on the market most sellers or their agents seem to be living in cloud cuckoo land and are as yet unwilling to drop prices to a realistic level. Of course what I as a buyer consider realistic and what a seller considers realistic may not be the same thing 😉

Hi We are selling our property in inland Murcia (We moved inland from San Pedro del Pinatar to Cehegin in 2005). If interested the property is posted on the Private Sales Forum. It is an hours drive from San Javier Airport and the Mar Menor so obviously not on the beach (but then neither is Polaris World) but it is an easy drive to a whole host of golf courses in and around the area including the new Seve Ballesteros “Nature” which is due up the road in Calasparra.
