      This mansion in Asturias is reported to be going to auction in September with a reserve price of €1.4m compared to asking price of €3m (which never attracted a buyer in years). Family can’t agree on anything so the only solution is auction. In Spain, when ownership is shared and one owner wants out the only option is to force the sale at auction if the other owners refuse to sell (and assuming the property cannot be equally divided).
