      Hi there,
      Any one out there know a good honest lawyer in Mallorca who would look after the client’s interests and not just their own? 🙄

      I presume you are just purchasing in Mallorca. Which area? We have just bought a house (September) in Calvia village. It is wonderful….. Cant wait to get back out there for Oct half term and then again for a month at Christmas.
      I don’t suppose you happen to have a 17-20 year old child? We have one daughter who is really not happy about coming with us as she doesnt know anyone. I am having to use bribary to get her out there!! I need someone for her to chum up with and then she will be fine!

      Hi Susan, Thanks for the advice will keep you advised. We have not bought yet and are still looking. Sorry no help with the kids- mine is 32 and a pain in the rear. 🙄
