majorca property visit

I am visiting Majorca on the 20th of september for a week to have a look around. My wife and I are thinking of purchasing a holiday home – can anyone offer any advice in terms of the different regions of Majorca? Is anyone aware of any property available for sale on the island.
Is anyone aware of any reasonable accomodation for the week – there are three adults making the trip.

We have visited Mallorca for the last two years. Last year in Cala Bona and this year in Alcudia. Both places are nice, but a longer transfer to Cala Bona.

There were a few for sale in this development plus some others in Alcudia. I guess it depends on what you want. Both resorts are lively but not teenager lager lout boistrous like Magalluf.
