A new development at Santa Engracia 120 in Madrid is sellout out fast off-plan, I read in the press.
Offered for sale by CBRE, 80 of 103 flats (75%) have sold in two months. Everything I hear these days points towards a strong recovery in Madrid, but no everywhere in Spain.
