  yes have had wonderful holidays there over last 2 years but due to family circumstances back home have had to sell quickly

  How did you sell it in the end? Through an agent? Do you mind revealing what the final price was?

  Hi Mark- yes through http://www.fmestates.com for €90,000 quite a substantail drop on my original purchase price(€150,000) but was only way to achieve a sale
  
  The agent was very good specialising in that particular area -pro-active and busy
  
  Theres quite a demand out there believe it or not but perhaps only for good value properties in good areas with established commuinites and facilities nearby
  
  The girl who purchased it works in Brussels but is originally from Slovakia- it will be a holiday home for her and rented out at other times(rentals are good all year around this Miraflores Golf area in the costa del sol)
  
  If you check the agents website its amazing how many sold signs are on villas in the 300k plus region – again seemingly bucking the trend
  
  Mixed emotions about it all but needs must unfortunately.
