probably most on offer were overpriced by at least 30% anyway in the current market?
A genuine ‘Half Price’ sale might create more interest, and probably the only way to get movement at this time?

30% reduction from what?
Bank Valuation? (worthless because if you call in a valuation company privately, they will ask you what value you want it to say).
30% reduction from it’s last sale price? – Well as we know many properties are selling at at least 40% below the price they were purchased for several years ago.
Finaly, Isn’t low-cost and Barcelona an oxymoron?
