My, Aunt on her last visit from Spain received a letter at her UK address, from ” Award promotional Board SA, Madrid Spain. The address appears as Plaza Juan CARLOS 41, 28050, Madrid, Spain. There is the Spanish royal emblem on the letter head and in the back ground of this letter is water mark of the logo of the state lotetery & states ” Loterias Y apustas del Estadao”.
My Aunt seams to have won over €1.2 million and for her to claim her winnings she has to contact Dr Mariano Palma, The Foreign Bill & exchange Manager of Zurich Security S.A, Madrid tel no (mobile of course). There was another document enclosed headed as the processing form with the Zurich/Zurigo logo. This one has the same tel number above & a fax no.
The letter also states that her winning is part of the €75 million presented by the Spanish chamber of commerce.
My Aunt cannot work out where these people would have got her UK numbers. I did tel my aunt to not to amend her will in favour yet.
Thank you Katy, I wonder if we have a similar site in UK, that we can name, shame & warn people about, also businesses that are sailing to close to the wind.
The interesting thing is that apart from my aunts Spanish Bank & her lawyer, no one has details of her UK address. Is there a Bank staff who is finding difficult to meet his/her mortgage & is selling the addresses ???.
I found an interesting lottery advertised in one of our local freebies: ‘Who else wants to increase their chances of scooping a share of the EuroMillions jackpot by a terrific 3,600%’. It’s called E-Lottery Syndicate at http://www.ewnlotto.com (note the web-address) which throws you to a page with a lottery ‘not connected with or authorised by either Camelot Group PLC, The National Lottery Commision or Services Aux Lotteries en Europe operators of the Euromillions Lottery’ and with the head office of ‘Virtual World Direct Limited’ located in Panama City.
Sounds good?
Katy,
just had a read through that link, makes sad reading, its a shame that these maggots have the clout to stop the truth getting out through
ALL CHANNELS.
I just hope that anyone thinking of buying in any of the “emerging Markets” is fortunate enough to read that site. 😡
Yes, Cyprus, Bulgaria, Cap Verde…they have conned their way around half the world! Seems as they can’t touch that site though as it’s American. Many UK posts on.
