can anybody help find a company called 4sale.i put my apartment up for sale with this company a year ago,have heard nothing from them for a few months so decided to pay them a visit when visiting spain in november.i went to their office in torrevieja to find that they are no longer there. i have tried to phone on new and old numbers but cannot get hold of them. problem is they have still got the keys and all relevent info. can any one help

It would be prudent to change the locks. You can safely assume they have gone under and if they are a newish agent, then may have gone back to their country of origin. They may have just given the office up and be working from home, but if you cant get hold of them thats worrying.
