      Hello,

      We are looking for an apartment on the Andalusia-coast with:
      – 3 bedrooms
      – 2 bathrooms
      – livingroom at least 35 sq.m
      – seaview
      – second floor or higher (no groundfloor)
      – wheelchair accessible
      – large swimmingpool
      – in walking distance from the beach
      – terrace at least 20 sq.m
      – airco (hot/cold)
      – not older than 5-7 years
