Hi before purchasing in Spain, we are renting a house in Ontinyent. We have found the house but I am concerned as the owners agent, Best-house, keeps talking about option to buy. I am going over in the next two weeks to sign rental agreements and would like to find an english speaking lawyer to check out the contracts. Does anyone have such a contact. Thanks

They all have good reputations. I think you’ll find Juan Bertomeu in Denia / Moraira closest to Ontinyent. He’s a pleasure to deal with.
