i have purchased a 2 bed appt on the 1st floor in algorfa which is 25 mins from murcia and alicante airport…… its near the new la finca golf course and commercial centre being built

i paiid 85000 euros for it….

i put down 1000 euro as a deposit to selling agent, the flat price is less than it was sold for off plan 3 yrs ago

i do not need rental income but it would be nice!!!!!!

in reading all the comments im starting to get cold feet and dont know whether to pull out was going to take a mortgage for 70%
