Hi,
My wife and myself have been looking at purchasing a property in the Costa Blanca area of Spain, we thought the best option maybe to rent from end of September 2018 to the end of April 2019 – this may allow us to get a flavor of life in Spain.
We thought that it also may be worth splitting the period into 2 or 3 rental property areas as this may give us a great opportunity to review the surrounding areas.We have a 6 year old Boxer Dog, he has travelled with us to France in Holiday Rentals over the past 5 years – he is well behaved and we have only had compliments when we have departed from the rental properties in France as we always treat the holiday lets as we would our own house.
Would anyone be able to assist us with this request or send details that may point us in the right direction.

Hello,
you want to rent in 2-3 places over a period of 7 months, and as far as I have seen real estate agencies don’t offer rentals shorter than 6 months. But you find lots of rentals in portals such as Homeaway, Kyero, etc. You also find rentals in Idealista, but people and agencies there may request a rental period of at least 6 months (I don’t know, but I believe it is so). Just google and you’ll find more.
If you stay in one place for 7 months it may be easier/cheaper to find a place as you could go for “rentals” instead of “holiday rentals”.
