  Can anybody tell me if its normal for the landlord to pay a percentage of bills when renting.With the Rental company im with,i have to pay the first
  €50 of electric bills,is this right?

  With a normal contract, the landlord pays the community fees, local reates, the renter pays electricity, water and phone.
