[Lodge Homes Spain]

As a supplier of self buil lodges in the UK and niw in Spain.
I would love to hear views about these high quality lodges.
In particular if you have land and are trying to gain planning permission.
In the UK we have Planning consultants to recommend but we have no contacts in France or Spain.
Also land sales and construction teams

Hi,

These lodges are called in Spain “casas prefabricadas”.
They are treated legally as any other residential construction.

Some time ago, a company came to Costa del Sol and made a strong investment in publicity, but I haven’t seen many “lodges” around.
