This was the beach at Llafranc lunchtime today (bank holiday weekend). Looks like mid-winter thanks to bizarre sea mist down on the beach. 1 minute inland it was a fantastic, cloudless, sunny day on the Costa Brava.

It’s been very hot in the south of the UK this week-end. Supposedly going to be in the region of 30 degrees tomorrow!

This is the mist from above – you can just see the Islas Medas poking through (in this case off Pals beach)

Used to drift around where we lived in Elviria. Sometimes it would come up the valley and was impossible to see the trees at the bottom of the garden. Usually it would be gone in minutes. Have been out on the boat like that and can be scary until they invented the GPS.
