      I am after a list of developers in spain. even small devlopers will do as well.

      There are thousands of developers in Spain.

      Oh that’s easy then! Just drive around the CDS with a notepad & paper(Oops ..pen) and you’ll have a list in no time. There are advertising hoardings everywhere!

      What are you looking for mate?

      1 List of developers ? (good ones/ bad ones/ corrupt ones/ residential/commercial ?
      2 Are you asking if anyone can help in recommending, if not as has been said it’s a long piece of string.
      3 Please just supply what information you are looking for and I am sure you will find that help may follow if indeed yours is a genuine enquiry.

      can someone recommend me a good devloper in an area of costa del sol. What I am after is going stright to devloper rather than going through estate agents and paying 20% comission and negotioating that 20% off the price with the developer direct.

      “GOOD DEVELOPER” like Taylor woodrow here in UK who devlop quality properties.

      Taylor Woodrow are also here at Los Arqueros Golf

      I remember there was a database of developers that you had to subscribe to annually but can’t recall the name and not sure if it is still going but you could try searching on the web. Taylor Woodrow may also be able to tell you

      Alanda are very good as well, part of the Irish McInerney lot – they have maybe one left in Los Flamingos and a new development further down the coast.

      Other than that you are probably best driving around when you are in Spain but get everything checked by an independant lawyer before signing anything!

      PS most developers now only give 5 to 6% commissions to agents so dont be too shocked if thats the only discount you get.

      We had 1 spanish developer who would drop his price by 20% but no lower and that didnt include our commission!

      Most developers have a site office, they rarely give discounts though. Worth a try though 8)
