Hi, I regularly read items on the SPI website and among them the pieces on holiday rentals. I’m non resident and have had a house in a small village in Jaen Province for fourteen years. In the future I’d like to rent it out but now it seems to come under the new holiday let legislation re fixed air con, heating, shuttered windows etc. To install these would massively change the character of the property [and any rental potential] and I’m wondering if anyone may know of any exclusions in the legislation for this type of property? Should I speak directly to the local Ayuntamiento, for example? Cheers, Bill
