Hi there, my long saga of trying to buy a house that is legal in both Land Registry and Ayuntamiento continues.
The seller is being advised that there is no need to have the correct description of the house registered in the Ayuntamiento paperwork, while my lawyer is saying the opposite.
Can anyone advise on this please?
I´m back to being disallusioned again, Teresa

There is NO argument. YOUR lawyer is acting in your best interests…is the seller !!!!

I guess the seller knows the description of the house at both the Land Registry and Ayuntamiento is not the same as what they want to sell you. Only buy a house based on what the Land Registry and Ayuntamiento have registered.

Don’t be disillusioned> Your Lawyer is representing you well on this point!

Hi, and thanks for the advice.
I´m disallusioned again because we have been battling this for months, now, despite the seller agreeing to pay for the legalisation, his lawyer is advising him not to.
      regards Teresa
