Anyone got any idea of the costs for landscaping a new build area of about 300 m2 the plot is 834m2,I know it will depend on what we want like some steps,driveway,planting and soil etc,anybody out there had this done,the builder is going to arrange this as a viverio (garden landscaper)I think the name is are expensive to use.

We have 320 sq.m of paving cost ;14,500€ + IVA (paving tiles are 11€ per sq.m)
To prepare for landscaping ,by a garden designer, the remainder of our plot is 17€ per sq.m. + IVA @ 7% It is flat plot
This is for underground irrigation and grass only. Plants and planting are extra with IVA @ 16%
Have read that hard landscaping is about 40€ -60€ per sq.m. which equates with what we are paying.

I have just had my place landscaped and the company I used did a great job. They were recommended to me by a friend who’s lived here for years, call them for a quote and compare to others but the guy is very honest and very reasonable which makes a refreshing change as most companies take the piss if they know you’ve got money to spend.
