I may have some properties of interest for you. Please note that I am not an Estate Agent so these would be sold directly by the vendor.
There is a large urban plot in Tarifa in the only area where some urban plots in which you will have permission to build a house are available. It is 2,000 squ metres as this is the minimum surface to be able to build a house. There is permission to build 300 square metres. The views of Africa are just breathtaking. Unique in Europe I would say! Its price, however, is beyond that which you quoted as it currently negotiable around 260,000. Perfect square shape. Truly exceptionnal. Mortgage available for about 180,000.
If you are not looking to build something too big, I have another plot set in Los Barrios, in an urbanizacion within the Natural Park of Alcornocales with splendid views, bounding with a river, 70 fruit trees, 2800 square metres an a fully equipped renovated country house with a fireplace. The house is very small but would suit the countryside lover. It is for sale at 180,000 euros. There is a mortgage attached for around 140,000 which may be of interest if you need to finance your purchase.
