Hello all,
I am interested in a project I have found in Madrid, but cannot get to any online websites where details regarding ownership are freely available. Is there any help out there? I managed to locate the cadastre website (https://www1.sedecatastro.gob.es) and found the parcel ID number, but where do I go to get the ownership details in order to find out if it is for sale?
All help welcome (PS: I do not speak any Spanish, unfortunately)
