In the UK we have the Land Registry that is accessible on-line and tells you who the owner is so you could approach them for a sale. Would anyone know if there is this facility in Barcelona? What is it called and is it also online??? Many thanks in advance for the help/advice. I hope it helps February 18, 2014 at 5:21 pm #119203 AnonymousParticipant many thanks. is the property address the only thing i need to make the search ?
