      I have seen a property in Barcelona that’s totally dilapidated and i would like to find out who the owner is so i can approach them to buy it.

      In the UK we have the Land Registry that is accessible on-line and tells you who the owner is so you could approach them for a sale.

      Would anyone know if there is this facility in Barcelona? What is it called and is it also online???

      You have to apply for a “simple land note”, you can get it in English too, but you have to pay extra for the translation.
