Is there anyone out there who would be kind enough to advise me what criteria The Town Halls on the Costa del Sol and the Junta de Andalucia use to grant permission for a large hotel on a 145,000 m2 piece of land presently zoned as rustic?
Also, does anyone have contact directly or with agents and intermediaries who have first class connections with national and international hotel groups interested in acquiring a large site with all services already in place, impressive asphalt access to site and stunning elevated panoramic sea views to Morocco and Gibraltar yet very close to the beach and Puerto Banus?
Your advice will be much appreciated.
