Today Josephina Cruz, Andalucia’s minister of public works and housing and she who thinks British buyers in the region are a pest, admitted that Andalucia has a land bank enough to build a million new homes. You can rest assured that all that land is on someone’s (some bank’s) books at a stupid price. It’s largely worthless.
