What do you think of this offer from the developer Metrovacesa? Townhouses with discounts of 30% to 40% in Benalmadena, sea views, communald gardens and pool.
3 beds, 121m2, €233,000, down from €350,700. None of it looks too bad. Any opinions? I don’t know the development.
Doesn’t sound too bad a price but not a bargain as they were overpriced to start with. Reasonable though. Not a very nice area…very overbuilt but that could suit some people.

I think they represent good value; the area is good and well kept, near airport, harbour etc ……. estate agents don’t stand a chance as developers ramp up their direct sales methods !!!!!! it’s also good to reality in the prices !
