  There used to be a lot of discussion on here re. Reserva de Marbella. I was suprised to read that it is still not considered legal and that the Urbanisation has serious infrastructure problems.

  I doubt if he/she would have bought there. He/she probeb;y got for free for turning a blind eye to issues or got it at a heavy discount.
