Today I was jogging between Calabardina (where I have a house) and Aguilas (Murcia) just for relax and in the way I got into the resort La Isla del Fraile which is almost finished and it looks quite pretty.

Unfortunatelly I think apartments there can be very expensive and montly community payments also high because someone has to take care of the garders, golf courses and security.

Anyone interested in a high class appartment in Murcia should look there. Perhaps there is some bargains. But also be careful cause recently the developer of another properties which are nearby was jailed.
