      Another prominent Spanish real estate company is forced to seek protection from its creditors, unable to pay its debts. Today it’s the turn of Kristina Szekely, once one of the biggest agents in Marbella, and local associates of Southeby’s Realty. They expanded furiously in the boom, and failed to react in time to the bust. They say they will restructure their debts and live to see another day, but then again they all say that…….
