      Hi,

I got am email from this bunch over the weekend in a private post related to a post I had made on eye on spain.

      See below:

      http://www.justiceforall.eu/

Seems like a good idea, they are trying to match up buyers to take class actions against developers.

Has anyone else heard of them.

      Conn.

Not all judges accept a group action.

Reading their website, they say “when a promoter is not willing to cooperate, he will be sued and taken to court, by our lawyers. One way or the other: Justice will be gained for our clients!”.

      Really? Just like that?

To me, they are just a group of lawyers who are trying to cash in on the current situation.
What makes them any different to other law firms other than waving the ‘justice’ banner rather vigourously?

I also got the PM x2. No names or details, just the website address, and they managed to infiltrate the PM system without ever posting. This should ring alarm bells for starters, apart from their ridiculous promise of: ‘…One way or the other: Justice will be gained for our clients!…’.

      These people are not lawyers.
From what I’ve dug up it’s run by a bloke who also runs an internet furniture business. 👿

Perhaps he was trying to promote justseats4all.eu and made the same mistake as Alex from comparethemeerkat.com 😀

      Simples!!

      Well spotted Suzanne.

That site is full of spammers, I joined and withdrew in a week 👿

Looking at all the infomation the website’s form asks for, maybe they just then sell on the details of these ‘prospective clients’ to a law firm, for a fee of course.

Whatever it’s all about, I have a feeling this could well belong to the Scams for 2009 thread.

The site is registered to a Mr. Frank Van Son (go to http://www.eurid.eu and type justiceforall in the ‘whois’ box). Who was voted out as President of the Mazarrón Country Club Murcia last year. Mr Van Son has his fingers in many pies – cars, furniture, building, hot tubs, import/export, and now, it seems, the Law.

So it took one hour forty minutes on SPI to expose the whole thing. 😆
      Well done Suzanne and AAA.

Think it’s only justice that I get a hot tub, so I’m off to fill out the form, explain the problems I’ve got ie only a bath but no hot tub.
See if he can help. If we all fill out the form for a hot tub maybe the group action will succeed.

      JustTubs4all, I say.

With that summary, it’s hardly worth the 4.99€ for the domain name 😀

Maybe we should have a scam quiz hour in SPI – First to expose it gets a rubber duck!

If you have a look at teh code behind his website, has some NOT so nice words in his keywords field..

Looks like the address is rather busy especially if you pop it into Google, on the satalitle view it looks like a normal terraced house on a busy main road.

The website is hosted in holland, so the info above would be correct.

Here is a sample of what our friend G found at the same address:

      70 Priory Road
      CV8 1LQ

Unfortunately we do not have an email address for this entry, but please mention you found them on creativematch if contacting them by phone or via their website.

Don’t read too much into the registered addresses. If the web designer purchased the domain name through his affiliate account, then all doamin names for every site he built will be registered to that address.

I have built several dozen different websites for people/friends over the years and have all sorts registered against my address.

A good friend in the UK is a web designer specialising in political writings and is a first paper publisher, he has built websites and called for papers for Marxists groups, Facist groups and Left Libertarians, do a search on his address and you would think he was a politically confused activist

I also received an e-mail from EyeonSpain saying I had a pm from Monalisa. When I opened my pm box there was nothing there so it looks like Justin has deleted all.

Am sure Justice4all have bombed all forums and looks like they are targeting all contributors to off-plan threads.

Let’s hope any interested parties will be as thorough in researching as members here have been, though no doubt some will slip through the net, believe they’ve found their saviour and get scammed all over again.
